Right under the noses of their fans, YG and Kehlani have announced that they have been dating for several months at this point.
It is not the first time fans are hearing talks about their relationship, as rumors were indicating that something might be going on between the two earlier.
However, it looks like they have been working hard to keep things a secret, as they did not want to draw too much attention from their fans initially.
However, now things are finally out in the open, and YG and Kehlani have confirmed their status as a couple.
Kehlani revealed that the relationship has been coming up for even longer than the two have been dating, as they had been giving each other hints that they were interested in taking things to the next level.
The 24-year-old Oakland native said this at Jeremy Scott‘s New York Fashion Week show Friday night: “We were very frustrated. But we had planned to pop out anyway. We’re not trying to hide — it’s love. The paparazzi just caught us. It happens.”
It is not certain how this is going to affect their status as parents, as both have recently decided to have children, which calmed down the rumor mill about their possible relationship.
They will likely attempt to parent their kids to the best of their abilities separately, although this will likely eat into their time for each other sooner or later.
The Compton, California rapper reportedly split from his longtime girlfriend and baby mama, Catelyn Sparks, before starting a relationship with the R&B singer.
Kehlani’s baby daddy, Javie Young-White, decided to address the different rumors on social media and revealed that his relationship with the singer was a bit more serious than previously thought.
He started by saying that he is not gay and added: “I’ve never been a sperm donor nor do i identify as gay nor have i ever been *the gay best friend* lol. I am a father to my beautiful daughter and I like what I like. If you gon be aimless & nosey least have yo facts straight.”
One supporter had this reaction: “Didn’t they both just have children…with other people?! I am confusion 😩.”

Hopefully, they know what they are doing, as it looks like their situation is a bit messy right now, and it might take a while before they can stand on their feet properly with regards to their parenting.
